This property has terrible management. Not only did I have to pay a $100 deposit on top of the room cost, they NEVER returned my deposit. Instead they kept it because they had complaints the night before and had to reimburse the woman who complained of noise. I never received a phone call to my room nor my cell phone informing me that there was a complaint. I didn’t know they kept my $100 until 3 days later when I checked my bank account. When I called up there the manager was very rude and told me that they would not return my deposit. Again, I was not informed of any complaints nor that they were keeping my $100. Not by phone, not when I checked out the next morning, nothing.
The hotel was not at all what the reviews and pictures say. It was very outdated, elevators were not working well, breakfast was old, overall it was old and run down.
I would not recommend and if you stay, they are untrustworthy people.
