The inside of the property was clean and it had the basic amenities of a home. Our overall experience was disappointing. Something not noted in the listing that should be there is that there is NO air conditioning. It had been an 80 degree day and the apartment was roasting, upstairs and downstairs. Our only option to attempt to cool it down were the 3 fans. We went to open some windows and discovered a broken screen in the lower level and NO screens upstairs. We cooled it off as best as we could, not ideal. The beds need replacing, both were squishy and did not provide good sleep. Oddly, something that really stuck out to me was that out of the 8 total lightbulbs in the two bathrooms, only 3 were working, the other 5 were either absent or dead. This made facial care difficult. Wifi information should have been available but it wasn't. When I reached out to ask about it I was told "It was in the listing". That was not true - checked then and checked now and I don't see anything posted about how to access wifi. In terms of safety, this unit is in a row of other apartment buildings and direct neighbors seemed nice but overall we had some concerns about the area. If this is a new VRBO, improvements need to be made and some are simple, like lightbulbs and posted WIFI information!

Do Not Book!!!
This is listed as a vibrant townhouse - it’s not. It’s a rundown apartment that smells of animal urine. The blinds on the back door are missing, even though there’s a fence, anyone could look in. I did not feel safe staying here. I explained all of this to the host and they were unwilling to accommodate or refund any money. Safe yourself the money and headache, and stay at Best Western instead. Absolute terrible property for the money that was spent.

Very Inaccurate Description
we had an eight night stay with two adults and two teens. for starters, one of the bedrooms isn't even pictured. it is a small room with a queen size bed stuffed into it. the beds were cheap and uncomfortable. you would have to sleep as close to the middle to avoid falling off. the bed frame was flimsy and not safe. your pillows would fall through the crack. there were no regular sized trash cans or even trash bags. there were only three small trash cans. we were given four regular sized towels and three hand towels with no in unit washer and dryer for EIGHT nights. zero washcloths. I told the host I would appreciate more towels and she brought over two more towels... the place is an apartment, with stairs, squished between two other apartments. the walls are very thin and one of the neighbors has a very extra large, definitely over 20lbs, noisy dog who loves to bark. but my biggest concern has to be the host's terrible response time. I wrote her first when I booked our place in March and never received a response. when we arrived on our first day, I asked for the wifi info and didn't receive a response for four hours. when I finally got a response, I obviously asked for more towels. she responded a few hours later and said she wasn't feeling well and asked if she could bring them the next day. when I said that was fine, I didn't hear from her until two days later and she brought over the extra towels. overall, we were pretty disappointed.
