I arrived at the property about 10 o’clock at night, having been up since 4:30 in the morning. And I was exhausted. They had a restaurant available for to go food and it was excellent. It’s a bit of a trick to get around the hotel because once you find the elevator, that’s your section, there are no numbers or signs on the wall to indicate which direction to go to find your room. As soon as I open the door to the room, there was an awful smell of a uncleanliness. If I had not been so tired, I would have immediately called downstairs and asked them to come get another room for me. However, I decided to just quickly eat a bite, and then get to sleep rather than going through the ordeal of changing rooms, Thinking the smell would go away. I literally pulled the cover up over my nose as I slept, it was that bad

I stayed here because of a weather delay at DFW and all the hotels were filling up fast. The shuttle driver was awesome, but it took almost 40 min to get to the hotel because he had to stop at every terminal and the traffic was bad. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable, but my sink was slow to drain--yuck! I took an Uber back to the airport because I was scared I'd miss my flight with the shuttle having to stop at every terminal. NOTE: The restaurant service was terrible. I waited 32 min and didn't even get a drink. I asked for my money back (you have to prepare your meal--which is odd.)

Huge property. Simply gorgeous design on the interior. I loved the fact that there’s a reststaurant that offers room service. They gave us a couple vouchers through Expedia, but we got in too late and had to leave before they opened the next day, so we never used them. They also offer a shuttle from the airport, but we didn’t use it.

Went to the restaurant and while they offered drinks on the menu, if you order any, you'll have to walk back out to the bar and get them yourself and pay separately. Don't offer anything you need to make the customers go somewhere else to get themselves.

My husband and I did like the large wide open lobby. My complaints were we were only given one key for the two of us and the bathroom. I had to clean the sink. It had things stuck on it before I could use it and their toiletries are way too small to service two people for showers. The closet down for hanging clothes was midway, which doesn’t suit dresses or anything long. And the rooms were very crowded for walking space.
