Are you sick of tired old holiday houses with old furniture and lacking the amenities you enjoy at home? Then Memories Lakehouse will be sure to please.

This house is suitable for those seeking a family holiday and to have time to recharge and recoup. (PLEASE NOTE: Strictly NO parties, excessive loud music and limit loud noise after 10pm)

This quaint coastal house features an air conditioned open plan living and dining area which opens out onto a spacious covered deck. The elevated deck offers guests the perfect spot to enjoy the serenity, soak in the views, enjoy a good book on the daybed or just relax with the family over a meal.

The kitchen comes fully equipped including a Nespresso coffee machine and also has all the little things you may need such as salt & pepper, herbs & spices, tomato/BBQ/soy sauces, vinegar, cling wrap, foil, baking paper, oil, tea and sugar.

To complete the amenities downstairs, there is a modernised bathroom with shower, bath tub and toilet. There is also a well appointed laundry with washing machine, dryer, ironing board/iron and clothes horse.

Upstairs, the home has 3 bedrooms to accommodate up to a maximum of 4 adults and 3 children.

The generous, air conditioned master bedroom has a king sized bed with a day lounge perfectly situated under a window with water views.

Your kids will love the kids room which has single bunk beds plus an extra single bed, also with views of the water from the window.

Bedroom 3 has a queen bed.
Pedestal fans and oil heaters are provided for bedrooms 2 & 3.

Don't clog up valuable space in the car with linen as bedlinen, blankets, bath towels are all provided. Just bring your own beach towels.

Enjoy a movie on the 55 inch LED TV from the extensive range of DVDs for both adults and children provided or bring your own. WiFi is also provided. Kick back on the oversized couches and feel the stress leave your body. There are also board games and books available.

The house has off street parking for 2 cars or 1 car and boat/trailer. Unfortunately, the garage is reserved for owner use only. There is an area under the house (see photos) where you could secure any MTBs, alternatively, the back verandah.

'Memories Lakehouse' is pet friendly and well behaved pets are welcome. They are only allowed downstairs and must be kept off all outdoor/indoor furniture. The public area behind the house on the foreshores of the lake are not leash free areas so please keep your pet supervised at all times and clean up after them if needed (a pet scoop is available). Guests are fully responsible for the safety of their dog and no liability can be accepted for any misadventure.

The deck and yard is fully fenced, however, the grassed area is limited so please check the photographs for suitability. The house may not be suitable for large, active or multiple pets.

Please look carefully at the floorplan to make sure it suits prior to booking, there is only 1 bathroom in the house located downstairs; all bedrooms are upstairs (photo of stairs can be seen in the gallery); size of the main bedroom is much bigger than the other bedrooms.

This is a family home in a quiet residential area. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels down and STRICTLY no smoking and no parties or events.
