This well-maintained Coastal Beach House offers a rare opportunity for large families or multiple families to holiday together in a peaceful, quiet location just moments from the coast.

The home features six generous bedrooms and two bathrooms (one combined with laundry), providing plenty of space and practicality for extended stays. A fully equipped kitchen and fantastic ocean views complete the inviting interior, making it easy to relax and enjoy time together.

Outside, the large front entertainer’s deck is perfect for alfresco dining or BBQs, where you can soak up the fresh sea air and coastal outlook. The property includes a single carport with ample additional off-street parking—ideal if you’re bringing a boat.

Enjoy the nearby coastal cycle path, which links Dalmeny, Kianga, and Narooma, closely following the shoreline and offering spectacular views along the way. When it’s time for the beach, simply grab your towel and board—Josh’s Beach and surrounding beaches are just a short stroll away.

This home is the ideal base for a relaxed, no-rush beach holiday, offering space, serenity, and stunning coastal surrounds.
