Beware of this place

I don't recommend staying at this place. The property owner doesn't manage the bookings correctly. The host notified me on my arrival to France that the property was already booked and in consequence I couldn't stay there. She blamed a platform that helps her manage her properties. She offered me to stay at a room inside somebody's house as an alternative, which I immediately rejected since I had already paid for an entire apartment. When I mentioned that I wouldn't accept her solution, she immediately said that my payment was non refundable. I went directly to Abbritel's customer service to request a refund, they were quick to work on that and helped me look for another stay nearby. I give a one star rating for the experience, I didn't get to see the place at all. Normally when a property is not available the host will let you know right away and not wait on the arrival date to let you know it was not available.
