Master bedroom with en-suite private bathroom available from June 15 to July 10. Monarch Hills is a 24-hr guard gated community with a private path to Salt Creek Beach. I'm on the greenbelt with 3 sets of sliding glass doors overlooking the Monarch Beach Golf Resort and just a short walk to the Dana Point Ritz Carlton. The location is fantastic, 2 blocks from Pacific Coast Hwy (PCH) and 2 miles from Dana Point Harbor and 10-15 min. drive to San Clemente and Laguna Beach. I have a turnkey beachy furnished condo with a King size bed in master, w/d in unit, patio furniture, gas grill, and designated parking. .

Great location!

Lissette was very helpful during the check in process. She stayed to show us around the property and informed us of the great spots to visit during our stay. We wish we would've been able to stay longer than one night to enjoy the hot tub with the great view.
