Ocean view home on front row overlooking the entire Bay and with views to Catalina from the front and back of the house.(pictures do not show how close you are to the water!!!) This home was recently remodeled and fully furnished in 2022 and is located in the gated community of Regatta. It has a great open floor plan with indoor/outdoor living on large ocean view deck and back yard. All new furniture with 85 inch TV, complete sonos system and everything you need, just bring your clothes and enjoy the beach weather. This house has the best sunrise and sunset views. The large master suite is completely private and Guest queen size bedroom has an ocean view. The Third Bedroom can be an office or bedroom. Home is fully furnished and has every you would need. This gated community has a pool, spa and gated entrance. Short term or long term possible. 2 car garage with driveway. four minutes by bike or car from the lantern district restaurants or the strands beach or 7 minutes to the harbor. we prefer no pets but understand that they are part of a family so we charge a $900 pet cleaning fee up front and $100 per month per pet. home is ready for immediate move in on a 3-6 month lease. We also have another home in the community available 8/1 for a longer term lease. Please contact us for a full property video.
