This is a private residence with a guest studio with a private room, bathroom, and private entrance. No shared spaces except for a courtyard that is used by host on occasion. Private guest room in a home. Guest has private and separate entrance to the home and guest room with keypad entry. We will communicate with guests using the Airbnb messaging app. Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Guests with a car are able to easily get around town.
