My room on arrival smelled, and they were able to switch me right away. I do have to say all the doors to the rooms slam shut. I’ve stayed here a lot and Everytime someone, including myself, doesn’t carefully close the door, the door will slam shut. And it wakes me up, and scares the crap out of me. Also, there’s a door in the back that doesn’t lock so it could be an easy entry for someone who isn’t staying at the hotel. I’ve had no problems as a result of it but they should try to get it fixed. Also one time I did my laundry there and the dryer was out of order (they had ordered it though and were going to set it up) but they were very accommodating and the little lady who cleans was able to dry it for me in the commercial dryers that they have (for the hotel linens). So it ended up working out for me in the end

The check in process took a long time. Only one staff seemed to be doing anything while two others stood around. Once in the room, neighboring rooms were extremely loud until the middle of the night. When the front desk was asked to address, they said there’s nothing they could do

I will never stay there again! The room was worn and dated. The Heat and AC unit did not work properly. The hallways and other common areas had a terrible odor. The elevator was dirty and very slow. I was there for 5 days and had to live out of my suitcase because there were no drawers or shelves available to put my clothes in. The bathroom was very tiny with a toilet seat that was loose. I could go on and on. The place was a dump!

Hotel was very clean, front desk ladies were nice and polite, breakfast was great. Love the dove soap, shampoo and conditioner. Hotel was in a great location.

The bathroom Door would not close! The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean. The breakfast had no non dairy milk option so the only thing my friend could eat was toast as she is vegan. So we had to go elsewhere for breakfast.

This is our second stay at this hotel as a stopping point between PA and MA. A pleasure to stay here - quiet, tons of restaurants and stores nearby. Breakfast was excellent-love the waffle making machine! :-) Small but perfectly fine fitness room.
