My stay was nice. The staff was very friendly, great location. However, I have two complaints: 1) the smell of the room when we entered was not fresh, it had a musty odor, 2) The napkin holder in the bathroom was empty, but it was presented as though it was a fresh box of tissue with decorative tissue on top. I felt that the room was half cleaned. Last but not least the inside of the tub was scratched up. I mentioned these concerns to the receptionist before leaving, so hopefully it will be addressed for future guest.

Was put into our first room and ended up getting cold so we tried to turn the AC off and turn the heat on for a little while. After a second of doing so, an awful smell came from the heater. I didn’t know if it was going to cause a fire or something else but had to automatically shut it down. Called the front desk to let them know, they sent maintenance and maintenance asked if we were “skwimmish” because it could have been that something crawled in there and died. It was 8:44 at night when this happened. He stated that he doesn’t get overtime and clocks out at 9pm. That he couldn’t fix it right then and there. Lobby then had us move into another room. We got settled in about 9:04 and went to pull the curtain down. When doing so then entire curtain set had fallen off its track. Called front desk and they stated maintenance just left and they would put in a work ticket for first thing in the morning. We had to leave early to go to NYC and came back around 7pm to find out that the curtain was never fixed. They kept asking us to move to another room and I just told them I was tired of having to change rooms. No discount, due to booking through 3rd party. They said I can get something the next time I stayed and I told them I wouldn’t stay there again.
