Welcome to Hat City Danbury II! Our Lovely Bright Private Two Bedroom second floor apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of Danbury. Generous closet space, large fully stocked kitchen and comfortable living room with two Queen Bedrooms on opposite sides of the unit for ultimate privacy, a tub shower bathroom with all amenities. Three flat screen TV's and Secure camera monitored Parking for two cars along with side door entry and fire escape. Feel right at home in the middle of it all!

Please throw away any trash in the bins outside near the front of the apartment and leave one key in the lockbox code: (WILL BE PROVIDED)
Please leave the dirty towels in the bathroom, linens can stay on the beds, our cleaning staff will take care of everything. Any questions please let us know, thank you!

This property is Centrally located to State Parks, good restaurants and major parkways.The stairs to this upstairs apt were steep but manageable.Communication between us and our host was excellent.Benny allowed for us to enter the property an hour sooner which was very helpful and offered an extension to our 11am check out time if needed.This property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen offered a small Keurig coffee machine.
