EXCELLENT IN ALL AREAS! From the beautifully decorated rooms , to the large (55-65 inches- none of t flatscreen smart Samsung tv’s— to the most accommodating staff, -never seen cleaning maintence smile and be so accommodating ! I hope the one in Preston , CT is just as great. And if it’s not, It will reflect on HOW hotel.com runs its establishments.

The room was fine, comparable quality, cleanliness and condition as others in the same category. They do not off complimentary breakfast which is very unusual and while they do indicate breakfast serving times they don’t point out there is a charge until it is too late. In our case they did allow us to take what we had out on our plates when the inconsistency was discovered. The parking lot was not well plowed and parking was a little inconvenient

Great one night stay with a few noise issues. The staff is friendly, and the lobby fireplace makes the place feel so cozy! Our room was clean and well-maintained. Just a heads up: if you’re near the elevator on the top floor, it can get pretty noisy with doors slamming in the morning. Still, a very nice stay overall.
