This cozy space is perfect for savoring your morning coffee, watching the mountain sunrise or sunset, gathering with family and friends, and enjoying your favorite shows on the 75" Smart TV. The combination of breathtaking views and stylish, comfortable furnishings creates an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. It features a wide array of pots, pans, and utensils for all your cooking needs. When you’re on lake time, morning coffee is a must, so we provide both a Keurig and a coffee pot. Evening drinks are also essential, and you'll find wine glasses, bourbon glasses, and a mixology set to enjoy them.

Dining Area:
The dining area features a large table that comfortably seats 8 guests, perfect for enjoying family meals or gathering with friends. Additionally, there is a modern bar top that accommodates 6, offering views of Douglas Lake and the surrounding mountains. With ample seating for everyone, this space invites you to come together and enjoy meals in the same dining area.

The Master Suite features a luxurious King bed, set against a custom accent wall and enhanced with modern decor, creating a serene retreat for relaxation. Poker Room and Game Room:
Just off the kitchen, you'll find the poker room, offering a unique gaming experience on our front screened-in patio. The Loft Suite:
Ascend to the loft where you'll discover a supremely comfortable full-size memory foam bed, complemented by bedside lamps featuring a convenient charging port.This loft also features a family game chest. Here, you'll be treated to the most breathtaking view in the house, overlooking the tranquil waters of Douglas Lake and the picturesque Smoky Mountains. It's the ideal spot to relax and soak in the natural beauty all around you.

Upper Level Bedroom:
Welcome to the Trundle Bed Suite, located upstairs! This custom-built double queen suite offers unparalleled comfort and convenience. Each queen bed comes equipped with its own outlets, including USB and USB-C charging ports, ensuring all your devices stay powered up. With dedicated phone shelves, dimmable lamps, and twin trundle beds tucked underneath, this suite is designed with your utmost comfort and relaxation in mind.

Bathroom:
Step into your newly renovated bathroom and experience the height of luxury. This space boasts a walk-in full-body rain shower, ensuring a rejuvenating bathing experience. Family Suite:

With direct access to the front patio and front yard, you can easily step outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

Front Yard:
The large front yard features a wrap-around porch that offers stunning views, extending around both sides and the front of the house. Overlooking Douglas Lake with a complete backdrop of the Smokies, the scenery is truly breathtaking. The backyard is a dream, with the gated wrap-around porch extending to a private covered hot tub adorned with string lighting, creating a magical Smoky Mountain night. Step down to the large, fully fenced backyard that features a fire pit with five comfortable Adirondack chairs, complete with cup holders for added convenience.
