The inn was convenient location for us to visit out family for a few days. The first day we arrived there were food crumbs at the top of the stairs and a dead curled up worm type thing in the bathroom closest to the lobby, 4 days later, still there the day we left

Good value

Good value. Hotel was mostly well maintained and comfortable. The beds were comfy, but all the pillows were very lumpy. The pool had been shut down by the health department- that was disappointing because we were there during a heatwave.

Excellent Place To Stay!

When traveling to visit family, I always prefer the Best Western Riverside Inn. They always have clean, comfortable rooms and the staff there is fantastic! Any hour of the day they make themselves available if you need assistance of any kind. My family and I have been staying here for years and will continue! Highly recommended! Thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay!

There were bugs in the room and eating area. We spilled some water on the floor in the room, when we wiped it up, the towel was black. We booked it for the pool but it wasnt open due to permit issues.

The hotel was easy to find and the room itself was great! Parking was very limited and felt unsafe. Staff seemed unfriendly not helpful and rude. When I arrived the front desk was on her phone. I felt I was interupting her call when I inquired about my stay. The food was terriable

Convenient

It was a quick and convenient room to get some rest while driving cross country the one of the mattresses under bed sheet were stained. Ended up sharing a bed with my cousin.
