Great hotel. Just expensive onsite at casino. No options for complimentary non alcoholic beverages like most casinos. Also the parking lot is extremely far from the actual hotel. Difficult if you have a lot of luggage.

Everything was awesome. The only complaint that I have was it was super cold in the casino. I even had to go buy some sweat pants to tolerate the freezing temps inside. Which meant leaving the property for a couple of hours. All else was good.

My husband is extremely picky on every detail And I will gladly say my husband was extremely impressed with this hotel. He said he would give them an a all across the board except for one thing they have crappy toilet paper. The staff is kind and go out of their way to make sure everybody is pleased. The rooms were clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The gaming area, very professional won a little bit on the casino floor didn’t go home broke love the experience would recommend to anybody

The staff was amazing, especially a woman named Melinda. She worked really hard to make sure that we had a clean area. However, when we arrived and went to get into bed there was poop and stains all over our sheets and comforter. It took her two extra tries to have clean sheets. She was incredible, apologetic, and took really good care of us.
