We came to Danville to pick up a new car we had ordered. Upon check in we went to store some money in the safe in our room when we discovered the safe was locked and displaying an error code. We called the front desk and the immediately offered for us to switch rooms to one where the safe worked because it was going to take a while for Maintenance to help us and we had dinner plans. When we switched rooms she had upgraded us to a suite which was so unnecessary but it was very appreciated! Our experience was fantastic! I would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional, my new favorite hotel!

This is now my favorite hotel. The staff was so friendly, and gave me tips about places to eat in the area and the Casino for our visit. Our check in person was lovely! This isnt a conventional hotel, its a transformed doctors office and it works so well! The rooms were clean, the bed was so comfortable and that was the best shower I've had in a long time. The scents and feel of their products were so amazing I asked the front desk to send me what they are so I can look into purchasing them for at home use. The Casino is a straight shot down the road for about 2 Miles. The area is stunning with older architecture. We stayed with my 8 year old Basset hound/Lab mix and it was his first time in a hotel with us. He was so comfortable, the noise was low so we only had one issue with him getting spooked. Overall the best hotel stay I think I've ever had and can't wait to return for another visit.

Gorgeous stay

Amazing stay! This place is gorgeous with beautiful natural lighting. Super quirky and clean and modern with restaurants within walking distance. Dansville is a little bit of a ghost town but with the casino in town now it looks up and coming.

The Holbrook Hotel is a must stay when in Danville, VA. This was our first time staying here and all the reviews I read stating how great it was were spot on. Their staff is so welcoming (especially Anna), the hotel is so unique on the inside, the rooms spacious and so clean, and the bed was perfect. We will be back for sure as Danville is such an interesting area from its history to its River Walk. Simply beautiful.
