On behalf of conway hotel i do sincerely apologize for the mis-haps you did encounter. I have personally ensured that the reservation department is streamlined and better functioning as some of the problems came about due to communication breakdown. I do assure you that in your next visit, you are bound to experience a seamless check in. Regarding location, we are quite conveniently located such that if you need to travel to any location in Dar city, a modern bus transport that is famed for its efficiency (Rapid Bus Transport) is easily available just outside the Hotel gate.
