Welcome to Exquisite Stays. Our beautiful and spacious 3 bed and 3.5 bath condo is situated in a tree-lined clean and quiet perfect location in the middle of Oyster Bay. We are a 23 minute drive from Julius Nyerere airport and a 10- minute drive from the city center. Walking distance to all major embassies including the American embassy. A 10 minute walk to Coco beach and modern restaurants.

The complex includes a complex swimming pool, cafe and steakhouse as well as The Green Sports Park recreational center for children with a separate pool, soccer park, and kids playground.

The serviced apartment boasts a spacious luminous environment with 2 separate living rooms, separate dining room,modern kitchen with brand new appliances( blender,juicer,microwave), public bathroom and 3 spacious en-suite bedrooms (King,Queen and double )with private balconies.
