The hotel staff was accommodating, however, the room had an unpleasant odor of smoke and visible mold growth. Additionally, there was significant noise disturbance during the night, affecting my ability to rest. To further inconvenience, there was a lack of available transportation options, such as Uber or taxis, when I needed to depart for the airport.

The property need to improve to the standards of a hotel there was no tea water glasses of water you have to go to the kitchen it’s more like a bed breakfast not a hotel to stay many days the staff was lovely

Seyhan the best!

It was unbelievable because it had budget rooms but the welcome and the way we were treated was the best by Seyhan Ona what a person to make you enjoy a holiday. The 12 of us need to thank Seyhan for being part of our family when we got there. It was great u will definitely see me again.

Good Hotel

Good rooms with wide variations upon guest request & friendly qualified Staff with afordable price & near from resturants, hypermarket, Pharmacy & backery Specialy before hyper market BIM on the other side ( on the same side of hotel on right hand ) a kind turkish restorant make Shawerma sandwich with domestic bread

Odaya girer girmez sigara kokusu çok rahatsız ediyordu minibuzdolabı yoktu, sıcak su çok az akıyordu duş almak için kesinlikle yeterli değildi verilen havlulardan birisi kullanılmıştı klimayı çalıştırınca aşırı kötü bir koku geliyordu İki gün için aldık ama diğer gün çıkıp başka bi otele geçmek zorunda kaldık paramızı da geri ödemesi yapılmadı
