Escape to the South Devon coast and enjoy a relaxing stay at this bright and comfortable 2-bedroom chalet on Norton Park, just minutes from Dartmouth’s waterfront, beaches and stunning coastal walks.
Perfect for couples, families and short coastal breaks, the chalet offers easy parking, a modern shower room, well-equipped kitchen and a peaceful base for exploring the South Hams.

The chalet comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with:
One double bedroom
One twin bedroom
Bright open-plan living and dining area
Fully equipped kitchen
Modern shower room
Free parking nearby
Large windows throughout the chalet create a bright and airy feel, while the open-plan layout makes it ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Dartmouth, Blackpool Sands and the South West Coast Path.
Norton Park is ideally located just outside Dartmouth, offering easy access to:
Dartmouth town centre
Blackpool Sands
Slapton Sands
South West Coast Path
Kingswear ferry
Beautiful South Hams countryside and beaches
Whether you’re planning beach days, coastal walks, boat trips or cosy pub lunches, this chalet is a great base for your South Devon getaway.
This chalet is yours for the entirety of your stay. You will not share any spaces with anyone else.
I won`t be available in person but we use Field and Beach Property Management to look after our home. Local manager, Ali, is on hand if you need any assistance during your stay. Either message via the booking platform or text her during office hours.
We supply the basic consumables including toilet rolls, cleaning products, washing up liquid, dishcloth and sponge and salt, pepper, oil and tea, coffee and sugar.
- Parties are strictly prohibited, this is a quiet residential area, not suitable for events
- Extra guests are not allowed unless previously authorised
- This is a no smoking home. Please do not smoke inside the home, or in the garden/at the front of the property. If we find evidence of smoking in any of these areas, a £50 charge will be applied for the additional cleaning costs.
- We do not allow the use of candles, ethanol burners or any other naked flame items. This is a safety precaution to help us prevent a fire starting in the home
- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Please keep the noise down, especially after 10pm
- It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the property`s electricity supply, unless there is a designated electric vehicle charging point
