Forget your worries in this one bedroom chalet in this rural setting just a 5 minute drive from the Royal Port of Dartmouth.
Walk in from the decked area into the kitchen/living area. A separate bedroom is on the left of the doorway and a shower room on the right.
There is a table and two chairs inside the property that can also be used on the decking so you can enjoy an al fresco breakfast or a glass of wine at sunset.
THE GOOD HOUSEKEEPING BOND
As per our listing details, we operate using a Good Housekeeping Bond and whilst we do not take a physical deposit, we have up to 14 days after departure to charge for any additional cleaning or damages caused during your stay and not reported. We understand that accidents can happen so please let us know if you have anything to report before your departure. Thank you
- Parties are strictly prohibited this is a quiet residential area not suitable for events
- Extra guests are not allowed unless previously authorised
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property
- We do not allow the use of candles ethanol burners or any other naked flame items. This is a safety precaution to help us prevent a fire starting in the home
- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Please keep the noise down especially after 10pm
- It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the property's electricity supply.
