The room was good, and the staff were kind, just a few problems due to the Hurricane and changing of the bookings, was put as a no show when I had called to say he would be delayed due to TC, then he was locked out of his room

Rooms are nice with great view of the Harbour. TV difficult to operate particularly with streaming service. Could not stream Netflix, binge and others were fine. At check in we were told pool was closed post cyclone, no prior warning of this before check in. Whole reason we wanted to stay. Luckily the pool was in fact open but a little dirty

Had to repeatedly reconnect to the hotel wifi every 5 minutes, no hot water in shower amd was barely warm if you want to call it that. Have stayed in much better Hilton snd Hilton Gardens than here. Won't book again.
