This tropical retreat features 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a huge entertaining deck, and an infinity pool with unbeatable views.
Walk to the marina’s restaurants, Cullen Beach, and local shops.
You’re just 10 minutes on foot to the Casino and Mindil Beach Markets, and a 2-minute drive to Darwin’s CBD and waterfront precinct.
This is a residential neighbourhood
Guests have access to the entire property, excluding a storeroom.
• Fully air conditioned with fans in every room to keep you cool and comfortable
• Infinity Pool on the edge of the marina (fully fenced). Towels provided
• Massive deck upstairs with outdoor seating overlooking the stunning Cullen Bay Marina
• Large undercover area downstairs with outdoor dining area (right next to the pool)
• The large kitchen is fully equipped and includes a nespresso coffee machine, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle.
• Tea, coffee, milk and basic pantry items provided
• Main bedroom has a king bed (can be split in to two single), with ensuite and walk-in robe
• Second bedroom has a queen bed
• Third bedroom has a double bed and single bed (bunk)
• Fourth bedroom (downstairs) has a queen bed and a double sofa bed
• Bathroom essentials provided, including hair dryer
• Washing machine, dryer & laundry detergents, iron & ironing board provided
• Super fast WIFI (500mbps) and Smart TV
• Fenced backyard with Marina Access
• Undercover parking for three cars (behind gate), plus additional parking in driveway
