Sommerurlaub

Die Maisonette im historischen Backsteinbau verbindet Tradition und Moderne. Echtholzdielen und Treppe zur oberen Ebene erzeugen Gemütlichkeit, und passen zu den ursprünglichen Balken, die auch im Inneren an den alten Speicher erinnern. Es fehlt zudem an keinem modernem Wohnkomfort. Die Lage ist idyllisch an der Stepenitz mit Blick auf den Dassower See. Mehrere kurkartenfreie Strandoptionen sind in 8-12 Autominuten erreichbar. Bäcker auf dem Grundstück, Einkaufen im Ort. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gut gepflegt. Wir haben nichts vermisst und wären gern noch eine Woche geblieben.

Der Speicher ist ein altes Gebäude, was innen sehr schön umgestaltet worden ist. Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung Roggen, die liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Was ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, ist die Schräge in der Wohnung. Aber das macht auch den Charme des alten Gebäudes aus. Die Gegend rund ist sehr schön. Travemünde und der Priwall um Dassow dassow

Idyllisch mit Verbindungsproblemen

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gepflegt, dabei stylisch und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Holzoptik des Fachwerks wirkt sehr charmant, genauso die Dielen. Es liegt allerdings an einer Bundesstraße, die gerade zu Pendlerzeiten gut befahren ist. Etwas anstrengend war die Verfügbarkeit des WLAN, welches sehr instabil war. Der Router stand im Nachbar-Apartment, also nicht durchgehend für einen Neustart erreichbar. Gleichzeitig ist das Haus gut isoliert und mobiles Netz hatte sehr schlechte Qualität, war also keine Alternative zum versprochenen WLAN. Tagsüber spielt das meist keine Rolle, da man in der Gegend viel unternehmen kann, aber es hat abends die Tagesplanung ordentlich erschwert. Vielleicht wurde das inzwischen schon verbessert. Auf Nachrichten wurde prinzipiell schnell reagiert. Beim Thema WLAN musste ich beim zweiten Hinweis allerdings 46 Stunden bis zur Behebung warten, in denen ich dann auch nur EDGE statt LTE zur Verfügung hatte. Vermutlich hat es gedauert, weil das andere Apartment zu der Zeit vermietet war. Generell ist es eine sehr schöne Ecke mit zahlreichen, unterschiedlichen Möglichkeiten in näherer Umgebung. Für jeden sollte etwas dabei sein.
