The master suite offers a king bed, private gulf-view balcony, and the bathroom offers stand shower and bubble tub, and tile and granite throughout. The 2nd bedroom sleeps 5 with a twin over full bunk and a twin over twin bunk. Dining for 6 on the balcony provided or dine inside taking advantage of the dining table and breakfast bar. Queen sleeper in living area. Brand new 40" TV in lv rm. TVs in both bedrooms.

Holiday Isle amenities include elevator access, fitness center, gated security entrance, indoor pool with hot tub, outdoor pool, pickleball/tennis court, covered garage parking with (3) vehicle maximum, steam room, dry sauna, (2) outdoor electric grills for community use, private boardwalk to the beach.
