This view is completely unmatched, enjoy sunrises and sunsets from your spacious balconies. Separate balcony for your guests with view of the Mississippi Sound and the Dauphin Island Bridge. This unit is under new ownership and recently remolded with many new furnishings. New items include carpet, patio furniture, kitchen small appliances, refrigerator, AC, all new guest bedroom with reclining queen and two twins, four new Samsung TV's with 85in LR. New leather recliners and reclining sofas in LR. Floor to ceiling windows on the Gulf and west sides of the unit. Very well-appointed unit with everything you will need.

Holiday Isle amenities include elevator access, fitness center, gated security entrance, indoor pool with hot tub, outdoor pool, covered garage parking with (3) vehicle maximum, steam room, dry sauna, (2) outdoor electric grills for community use, private boardwalk to the beach.

This place has to be one of the best views on Dauphin Island ! Love the floor to ceiling windows. Yes , it's a pretty long walk to the beach but it's worth it ! Our stay was interrupted by a Tropical Storm so the HUGE balcony and the very spacious living room served us well. :)
