Bayou Heron #2B is a tranquil, pet-friendly condo located on the bayside of Dauphin Island, offering stunning waterfront views of Graveline Bay. Perfect for a small family or group, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat comfortably sleeps 5 guests.

Upon entering, you’re welcomed into an open-concept living space, featuring a modern, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space and a dining area that seats 6. The cozy living room offers a relaxing spot to unwind, with a TV and large windows that provide panoramic bay views.

The master suite is a serene haven, featuring a queen bed, personal TV, and access to the rear balcony with gorgeous views of the bay. The luxurious private bathroom includes a double vanity, a corner bathtub, a shower stall, and a private toilet area. The second bedroom is a charming bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk bed, TV, and closet, making it perfect for kids or additional guests. A common bathroom with a shower-tub combo is conveniently located nearby.

The laundry room, located just off the entrance, offers a washer and dryer, as well as extra storage space. It’s the perfect spot for guests to clean their clothes and store beach gear or fishing equipment during their stay.

Step outside onto the private balcony to enjoy the peaceful waterfront scenery. Guests can also take advantage of the communal pool, small boat dock, and kayak launch next to the property. Whether you’re fishing, boating, or simply soaking up the sunset, Bayou Heron #2B offers a true Dauphin Island experience.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

House Rules:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per dog plus tax applies.
