With a private heated pool, hot tub, and direct canal access with a pier, this home is designed for guests who want an easy, comfortable coastal stay with plenty of outdoor living.

Step inside to a bright and open living space where the kitchen, dining, and living areas connect seamlessly. Large windows bring in natural light and create a relaxed, airy feel throughout the home. The living room offers comfortable seating for gathering after a day on the water, whether you're watching TV, sharing meals, or simply relaxing together.
The kitchen is well equipped for everyday meals and group cooking, with ample counter space, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with seating that keeps everyone connected. The dining area sits just off the kitchen, making it easy to enjoy meals together without feeling crowded.
The layout is designed for both shared time and privacy, with the primary suite set apart and easy access to the outdoor spaces.

• N King Suite – King bed, TV, porch access, walk-in closet, private bathroom
• E Queen Bedroom – Queen bed, TV
• S Bunk Room – Full bed and twin over twin bunk, TV
• Additional Bathroom – Full bathroom shared between queen and bunk rooms
• Sleeper Sofa - The living room has a sleeper sofa that can sleep 2

Pier Pressure is built around its outdoor spaces. The private pool and hot tub create a perfect place to cool off during the day or relax in the evenings. The surrounding outdoor living area offers space for lounging, dining, and enjoying time together after a day outside.
The canal-side setting makes it easy to bring a boat and tie up directly at the private pier. A fish cleaning station is available for guests who want to make the most of their time on the water, whether fishing nearby or heading out for the day.
An outdoor shower adds convenience for rinsing off after swimming, boating, or spending time outside.

Pool Heating Note
Pool heat is available for an additional fee. Pool temperature can vary during cooler months, and heating performance may be affected by outdoor temperatures.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following house rules:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly with prior permission. Only dogs, must be approved by insurance policy— 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per pet plus tax.
