As you step inside Dauphin on the Gulf, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living area with a Gulf front view, Gulf deck access, and spacious bedrooms designed for comfort and relaxation. The well-equipped kitchen is ready for the chef in your family to whip up something delightful. The kitchen features a smooth-top stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and microwave, along with ample cookware and dishware for your group. A large dining table seating ten is located near the kitchen, and a bonus space with a table seating four is just off the hallway. This bonus room is also an excellent space for remote learning, checking email, attending a quick meeting, or for family fun such as card games and puzzles.
A convenient half bath is located just off the kitchen and across from the bonus room. Continue down the hallway to the full bath, featuring a walk-in shower and double vanity, and continue to the first-floor southwest bedroom. This queen bedroom has a lovely Gulf view and direct access to the covered Gulf-front deck. A full bathroom is conveniently located just off the first-floor hall, adding to your comfort and privacy.
Four bedrooms and three full baths are located on the second floor of Dauphin on the Gulf. Both the Southeast and Southwest bedrooms have King beds and private en-suite bathrooms. Step out of the Gulf-front doors in these King bedrooms to soak up the sun and enjoy the view on the second-floor beachfront sun deck. The Southeast King bedroom features a fantastic design element for parents with young children - open the double doors between this bedroom and the Northeast bedroom to create a connected space.
