Also featuring a coffee/wet bar and dining table nearby, to ensure you never miss out on the memories being made. The spacious living room is designed for relaxation and entertainment, boasting a large flat-screen TV equipped with an expansive sports package, making it the ideal spot to enjoy all types of sporting events. The master bedroom is a true retreat, furnished with a luxurious king-sized bed and offering direct access to the Gulf front deck. We stayed in this house last year and loved it so much immediately booked it for this year. As the property company does a wonderful job with the place but it was in need of repair that the owner hasn’t done. The stair of the porch going to the beach are off and a picnic table placed there to climb on instead. The light switch in the bedroom had to be jiggled to get it to come on and it was that way a year ago as well. I do understand that there are other steps into the house but that makes tracking all the sand into the house cause you can’t rinse off before entering the house. The porch boards are coming up and screws sticking out and the railing is loose so don’t lean on them. I do not fault the rental company on this as I know they try to keep it up but the owner probably needs to step up and make some repairs for the safety of their guest.

Awesome Family Beach Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset Dreams on Dauphin Island. Great location. Relaxation time with family and daily outings to visit the sights was perfect! House and rental company top notch. Highly recommend for those looking for more family time and a place less touristy and much more relaxing!

Great House!

The house was wonderful! Kitchen had everything you could need for cooking and that is what you need to do while staying there. Not many sit down restaurants on island so we cooked most meals. Pool time was great with it being only steps from the ocean, you get the best of both activities. Plenty of outdoor seating for everyone, we had a party of 9 and all of us were on the deck every day all day. Coffee and dolphin watching every morning out around the pool was a highlight. Bedrooms and private bathrooms we’re perfect so no one had to leave bedrooms for restrooms. Showers could use updating and shower curtains need changing out but all in all house was big and spacious for our group. Would definitely stay there again!

This place was everything you can dream a beach vacation would be. Soft sugar sand, fun water times, quiet area. House was a dream and the rental company was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!
