The room is large and feels spacious. It is an appropriate three star hotel. I did not sleep well for two reasons: The pillows are hard and flat and there is no soundproofing in walls or ceilings/floors. Being that I was on the fifth floor and the banquet floor is above on the sixth floor, loud music made it impossible to sleep until parties ended. The room vibrated from the bass and loud music.

Comfortable stay but parking space is problematic

I only had issue with parking. There are only approx 5 spots and could fill up easily. There’s no other parking in the area other than the street. Lol. Other than that, everything’s good.

The star hotel of Davao

What made our stay memorable was the impeccable service of the staff. They went beyond and above creating moments into memories. From the security to the the front desk and the very courteous resto staff. A 6 star service, a hotel worthy of its name. Davao star hotel indeed is the star hotel in Davao Bravo to star hotel :)

Poor facilities and maintenance service.

Bad room design. Our A.C. conked out at night and no one around to fix it. Sweltered thru the night in a windowless room.
