Beautifully restored, older 3 bedroom home in central Davenport. Close to Saint Ambrose University and Palmer College. Five minutes from Davenport's vibrant downtown with many restaurants, theaters, and a world-class art museum. Also, a walking/biking trail along the Mississippi River.
Featuring, kitchen--family room, dinning room, living room, and entry hall on the first floor. Three bedrooms, laundry, and full bath with shower, on the second floor. There is a three-quarters bath on the first floor. In summer enjoy a screened in front porch and large deck in the back. Off street parking available.
