● POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 3-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub— Some of spa may not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.

The security at the gate is very thorough and careful with who will be allowed in the community really one of the best features of this community…the house was as described however they home was not very clean and clearly need in some light repair work the walls were scuffed badly the floors in restrooms were not clean upon check inThe staff is very responsive when you call however a lot of the needed information for check in was delayed …the internet has some lags and sometimes dropped …neighbors didn’t adhere to noise rule and with all the gate security I expected better control of the noise after 10pm - overall the community was really nice and we would elect to stay again but unfortunately not at this property

The house was clean. Entering at the gate was terrible. The lines were long. There was a 5 car limit for each address which was never disclosed or mentioned before hand.

Great resort neighborhood and large house.

The house is large and well designed for multiple couples and children. The pool was great and the heat was perfect. The kitchen table and family room seating accommodated our group of 13. The ice maker in the fridge worked! First house we have rented where we had ice. It is a short walk downhill to the community pool. The kids water play structure was closed the whole week for painting so that was disappointing. The kitchen is minimally stocked with 3 frying pans and no mixing or serving bowls. The Dollar Tree is nearby to buy oven mitts, dish cloths and towels, aluminum pans, mixing and serving bowls. The carpet needs cleaning and repairing. The tack strips are poking through on the stairs and in doorways. The chairs in the main level seating area need cleaning/replacing. There were lights out in the dining room chandelier. Overall it is a great house in a nice location. We will definitely stay in the neighborhood again and in this house if they address the cleaning issues.

The location perfect, Private pool ..check. Spacious room clean.Contemporary and Disney Fun decor. Great for private time or family time . Beautiful surroundings, quiet space and enough room to make your own noise!!!!! Waterpark on site Swim bar on site within restaurants. Check in and check out easy. ..Perfect .. absolutely ,,,perfect.!!!

Shangri-la for Moi ( lil piece of paradise )

Absolutely beautiful. I thought I was living in a TV episode of Celebrity Homes and Garden. Beautiful spacious daylight filled first floor, creative interior design in all 10 bedrooms, each with their own personality and flavor .Quality furniture and bedding. Boy, did I get some much-needed rest. The island kitchen, surrounded by the spacious, living room, and dining room gave opportunity for me, my mom, daughters, nieces, nephews, and grandchildren an opportunity to laugh and joke and create memories.Big plus was there was no need to treck through the sun to access the pool which was a great place to be if we captured joy , laughter ,fun and sunshine. Thank you thank you thank you to Steve and Sabrena. Briggs our hosts .They added extra personal touch by gifting me with a lush towels that were personalized as well as making sure that we were hydrated with excess water. How attentive they were by extending any help or assistance but everything was perfect. Our stay at the resort was worth every single investment. I’m even excited to make it a part of a girls trip with my sorority.
