This beautifully upgraded vacation villa is located within Disney's backyard near a variety of restaurants and shopping and only minutes from all the attractions and theme parks Central Florida has to offer. Our vacation villa offers high end furnishings with modern finishes/decor and a completely private pool/jacuzzi with no rear neighbors. Our Victory vacation villa offers a cozy home away from home vibe yet minutes away from all your favorite restaurants, shopping, and family activities!

This vacation home is located minutes from shopping malls/outlets, Disney theme parks/water parks, multiple grocery stores, Disney Springs (formally known as Downtown Disney) and a variety of great restaurants and much more! It's proximity to major highways (interstate 4, SR 429, and SR 417) make the location ideal for families looking to enjoy all the attractions central Florida has to offer but also a short distance to both coasts to explore the beautiful beaches this state has to offer!

We want to provide the best vacation experience and secure your home away from home. One where family and friends can relax and unwind after a day out at the parks or shopping! As a family owned and operated vacation destination rental, we believe in providing our guest great a personal and directly line of communication to ensure all needs are met for each family.

Pool heating is optional throughout the year. If requested, there will be an additional $35/daily charge assessed to cover the cost associated with the heating.

There is a 4 night minimum in place. The home is designed for families and the owner will not accept private parties or functions.

Loved this property

We have stayed at various VBRO properties over the last 20 years and this is in the top 3. Excellent communication with the host- love the location - close to shopping//restaurants and the property was very clean and plentiful towels/linen, etc. Will look to stay here again for our next trip.

Great villa for a family holiday

We book this villa as a base for our family holiday. It’s centrally located and with clear roads only 20mins to all the Disney parks. The villa is well appointed and has everything you need for a great stay. Comms with the owner were easy and always answered promptly. I highly recommend this villa and if we go to Florida again would book again in a heart beat.

The home was located in a nice area, close to restaurants, shopping and the theme parks. The home was very clean and the bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The host was accessible by email and was responsive to any questions. There was a small issue with the hot tub not filling, due to the pump not running when we wanted to use the hot tub. My husband adjusted the pump and i received an email from the host indicating a neighbor advised her my husband was on the pool side of the home, which I found odd initially but I believe the host was trying to fix the issue. The host sent the pool company over to clean and maintain to pool the next morning. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
