Room was great. Nathan and Tiffani were so so so exceptional!! We thought the fact in our shower was broke but turns out it was just extremely tight to turn. Our stay this time was good. The only complaint we had was we could hear every thing going on in the room next to us. It was very loud. I rated the breakfast accidentally. We didn't eat there this time. We had in the past and it was good.

Spotless room with wood or wood looking vinyl floors which made it feel even cleaner. I think we were there for the first cold snap and our heater was not working. I made the difficult decision to call down to the front desk at 10 o’clock at night and they had maintenance there within five minutes and it was fixed within five minutes! Plus they brought a space heater to get us warmed up quickly. I was very happy with everything about my stay.

You have a beautiful hotel! The only issue we had was terrible water pressure in the shower. I could hardly get the shampoo rinsed out of my hair. Hopefully that is fixed now.
