Service really good, clean house. My family will come back again

Very Nice home away from home, with good times around the corner. I had a lovely experience here and hope to come back to book this space again. My family & I stayed at this beautiful property. Before arriving, my kids already felt like royalty because of the secure access to the resort. The resort grounds were beautiful, and the staff nice & welcoming. The rental property itself was clean & had decor that would please the young & old. The private pool was a sweet addition for those hot & tired moments. My family was able to relax around each area of this home like they were at their own home. The owner was was quick & had great communication. The price was great for the value. I most definitely recommend this property. Thank you so much for an awesome retreat

Wonderful experience

We had our vacation as a Christmas gift to our kids and check this house based on location. The house is clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The manager was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. I would stay at this house again next time we visit Orlando.

Disappointing......Do your research

Photos of the inside of the property from the listing look great and we honestly cannot comment on the inside of the home as we did not enter the residence, only one photo of the exterior of the property and it did not reflect our experience. We arrived to the neighborhood at night and the area does not feel safe at all. While this is not the owners fault, be aware that you cannot get a google street view at this location and entering the area the streets have many properties with a large number of vehicles parked on sidewalks, partially in yards. Old furniture set near the street along with other "debris" at several locations. Street lighting is also very poor. There were many residents just outside hanging around at 10:00 PM at night. Each to their own but be prepared if you choose to utilize rentals in this area. Upon initial booking and payment the property host immediately responded but on the day we were to arrive at the property could get no response to message inquiries. While not included in any of the VRBO listing information we were finally able to find a contact through a pay portal used for a deposit which was separate from VRBO. The manager of this property is Sweet Vacation rentals. The lady we reached indicated the door code access had been emailed but we did not receive it. Finally received it from a text. To date we still have not received any VRBO message responses other than initial booking from the host "Stephen". Due to the conditions of the area location, lack of communication from the host we cannot recommend this VRBO rental.

Nice House

The house is a nice and clean inside. It could use a bit more furniture in a couple of the bedrooms and a couple extra sitting chairs in the living room. We had 4 people in our group and not everyone could be in the living room seated together, we are larger crew all over 6 foot. The neighborhood is interesting, not sure if it's being cleaned up or going down hill. We had an issue with I-4 being backed up everyday all day, not the owners issue but if you are staying here to do Disney parks it's at least a 30-40 minute ride with traffic, something we did not expect from prior visits to the area.

Beautiful Home

As the listing said this home and experience lived up to our expectations. The owner was very pleasant anytime I had a question or concern there was prompt response. The home was clean and well put together. The beds were very comfortable and there was more than enough room. The kitchen was beyond my expectations it had everything needed. I will definitely rent from this owner for any future vacations!
