Come enjoy this luxurious 5-bedroom 4-bathroom villa with a private pool overlooking tranquil conservation views! There are no rear neighbors to obstruct your natural conservation view. A great place for viewing a variety of wildlife such as the Florida Sand Hill Cranes that regularly visit the rear lawn of the villa and eagles which can be seen soaring overhead. The pool has a screened in extended lanai with ample lounge chairs and 2 tables for outdoor seating. There are 2 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and three other spacious bedrooms, one with an en suite. All bedrooms have smart TV’s with Netflix availability and Spectrum app with over 100 channels. Each master bedroom has a safe that is added for your comfort and convenience. There is a jacuzzi to relax in after a long day at Disney which is only a 20 minutes’ drive away. Or after golfing at world renowned golf courses that is within a few minutes’ drive from this home.
