This is a stylish single-story, very well furnished, 4bedroom/3bathroom villa set close to all the Orlando parks. Two master en suites with queen beds each, two guest rooms with 2 single beds each with a shared hallway bathroom. Also an added bonus of a sleeper sofa. Enclosed pool with furnished pool deck. The home is in a gated golf community with access to the club house included. Driveway parking for 2 cars.

Located only 15 minutes from world-class theme parks such as Disney World, 30 minutes from Orlando, 45 minutes from Tampa, and only 20 minutes from Kissimmee.

New Publix supermarket less than 2miles away within shopping strip with several other stores around.

Home is set in the Providence Golf Club resort with an 18-hole championship course.

Club house has a new playground, rec room, heated pool with slides (including a kid friendly one) and a non-heated lap pool. Note that only verified occupants of home will have access to clubhouse. There is also a restaurant at the clubhouse.

The host for this house is very responsive. We experienced some issues with checkin and other things, but the host was quick to fix every issue. The only reason I took off one star, is because the cleaning company walked in the house, while we were still there. But she was very nice and we communicated the time we would be leaving, so she could come back.
