Offering a sunny and private south facing pool complete with loungers and poolside furniture, the home itself offers a lounge with widescreen smart TV, modern comfortable sofas to relax back in after a hectic day at the parks and two separate dining areas located off the fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with adjoining ensuite bathroom and has direct access to the pool area. Like the king master bedroom, the second master has a queen-size bed, smart TV and also offers an ensuite bathroom. Both ensuites comprise a sink, shower and toilet.  The other two bedrooms have twin beds both of which are themed, "Harry Potter Room" and "Disney Princesses" and share a full bathroom.  This is a perfect home for multi-generational groups, two families or a single family to enjoy. A variety of shops and restaurants are literally minutes away making everything so easy A great games room offering a selection of videogames with pool table can be found in the converted garage. Also available for guest's use is a washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron. Fees for pool heat are optional and charged separately.
