Our beautiful holiday flat is in the centre of Davos. Perfect for a couple or a family (up to max. 5 people). The location is perfect! A great 2.5 room flat (62m2) in an extremely central but quiet location (next to the congress centre and indoor swimming pool, spa park, great children's playground, Vaillant Hockey Arena, golf, Dario Cologna cross-country skiing centre, large supermarket, shops, restaurants). 2 bus stops 170m away. Good room layout with small balcony.

Information about the flat: 2.5 rooms with practical room layout plus balcony. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and offers a cosy breakfast table. Kitchen equipment: - Nespresso machine with milk frother, kettle - dishwasher, oven, fridge, toaster - raclette grill / fondue caquelon - blender, hand blender, and much more! The flat has always been well maintained and has a small balcony. A communal ski and bike room as well as the laundry room are at your disposal. Bicycles can be locked in the garage. Ironing board & iron, clothes horse, hair dryer - all available.
