For shared use: property (fenced), garden (fenced), lawn for sunbathing (fenced). In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (extra). Motor access to the house. 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking. Shop, grocery, supermarket 100 m, restaurant 50 m, 3 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Davos Postplatz" 110 m, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km, lake Davoser See 4.7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km, tennis 2 km, riding stable 4.5 km, cable car 400 m, mountain railway, ski lift 500 m, skisport facilities 400 m, ski rental 300 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 500 m, sled run 5 km, cross country ski track 400 m, ice rink 200 m, children's playground 800 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Jakobshorn 400 m, Parsenn 3.5 km, Rinerhorn 6.6 km.
