Unser Zimmer war alt mit einem jahrzehntealten Teppich! Der Eindruck schmuddlig und lieblos hat uns den ganzen Aufenthalt begleitet. Bei Fragen hat Personal unterschiedliche Antworten gegeben. Viele nicht deutsch sprechend. Teilweise warteten wir lange beim Frühstück. Wellness: Wegen Energiekrise sind nur 2 Anlagen (Sauna und Dampfbad) in Betrieb. Solarium ist ausser Betrieb, Masseur nicht anwesend. Die 2 Anlagen funktionierten nicht immer. Teilweise kein Platz mehr im Wellnessbereich da zu viele Leute für nur die 2 kleinen Anlagen.

Alles Top. Ich fand sehr ärgerlich und schade dass wir ca. 20 min in der Umgebung des Hotels nach einem Parkplatz suchen mussten. Ich habe ganz bewusst bei der Buchung darauf geachtet dass Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen. Während der Suche haben wir telefonisch Kontakt aufgenommen und uns wurde dann gesagt wir sollen in die Tiefgarage von Coop gehen, wodurch weitere Kosten entstanden sind.

Ich war mit der Unterkunft Morosani in Davos sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war top sauber und zweckmässig und das Personal sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder

Alles bestens. Bis auf einen Gästekarten-Lapsus der Reception und eine etwas schroffe Abweisung des Chefkellners im hauseigenen Rest. Damia.
