The first room was so disgusting we could not stay in it, the sheets were not even changed, old food still in the fridge and the bathroom had not even been cleaned
Pulled bedspread back and this is what the bed looked like
Check the filth on window ledges
Top of the little fridge, dirt and coffee, the coffee’s pot was still dirty and dried up

We booked a king bed, no elevator so put downstairs in grungy room, double bed, nervous to sleep in it. Breakfast was ok but could have been but better, waffle machine was out of order so frozen eggs toasted that were hard and dry. Room was ice cold when we got there and turned heat on. Room chairs very uncomfortable. Pillows small and uncomfortable. Looked like rooms used for oilfield workers. Won’t stay there again. Staff friendly

I did not get the room size I asked for but paid that higher price. the breakfast was not fresh. The room was very dirty. The sink had what looked like vomit in it which caused a plugged sink. There was what looked like vomit splatter on the outside of the tub. There was never anyone at the front desk to say anything to. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Also There was no heat available except when on full blast.
