Freshly renovated Lake house retreat for couples, small families, or anglers alike! This amazing lake house on an ESPN Bass Fishing lake has all the amenities needed to unplug and unwind from the daily grind. Come hang out and relax on deck overlooking lake or sit by a fire pit and share a fishing story. This home is close to local Boat launch, Shopping, Dining, Gas stations, and More.
This home has shared backyards, fire pit, parking, and lake access with the other vacation rentals onsite.
Recently added Kayak's to rent to enhance your vacation! 2 Kayak's to rent $40 per stay per Kayak's. Waivers must be signed
Water levels are subject to change due to being controlled by TVA. May - October they are at full pool levels. During certain times of the year November-April, there is potentially no water at dock. These are also subject to change during major weather events.
Ceiling are lower and may not be best fitting for taller people. There is no door to bedroom due to ceiling heights living room is visible from bedroom.
Our home is located in a humid location right on the water, and while we maintain a clean and tidy space where a pest company comes every two weeks. You may encounter some common to Tennessee household insects from time to time. Ranging from Ant to Spiders to Cockroaches. We take preventative measures, but nature is part of the charm in this location. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll address them as quickly as possible."
