During our stay, the tub clogged and maintenance repaired it, but we had no hot water afterwards, which we endured because it occurred the night before we left.

The toilet in the room on the floor above us was leaking down on our toilet, unable to use toilet without it dripping on our heads and unable to take a shower as we were afraid the ceiling was compromised by the water damage. It appears this was an ongoing problem as there was mold growth on the wall next to the toilet. When I checked out, I showed the manager pictures I took on my phone, she was very nice and apologized, however, we were not offered any kind of compensation for not being able to use the restroom/shower in our room.

The air conditioner was too noisy. The bathtub had problem as water couln't pass through the hole ik the tub. I requested to change the room but the receptionist said no double bed room was available on that right.

There was nothing specific that we liked. The outside looked very nice but the room was dirty. The dusting hadn’t been done. There was a hair in the bathroom sink, new Kleenex, and the Kleenex dispenser, etc. etc. etc. and did I mention the peeling paint on the walls?

Smelled like weed everywhere. Hot water was not working. Our room door would not lock properly. No point in having no smoking signs when you do not enforce the policy.

This hotel had a 4.4 star Google review. It is NO WHERE NEAR deserving of that high of a score. The check in staff had a personal phone call on speaker during the check in process, only after a line grew behind us did she pick up her phone and say she’d call back. We were given a room with mattresses unmade, and stacked upright against the wall. The shower curtain was taken down and tossed in the tub, drawers all pulled out of the dressers and closets. I’d attach pictures if it would let me, unbelievable. We were given a “new” room with a mattress shaped like a cereal bowl, and when you sat on it it sounded like a bag of potato chips. The elevator made enough noise to make you want to take the stairs, the side doors to the hotel were all propped open allowing literally anyone to get in, and there was no visible security cameras for the parking lot. We opted to not stay there after we saw the second room. Our refund was denied through Days inn.

We recently have a horrible experience the last time we booked a hotel so I was extremely weary about coming here, but i have to say if i’m ever in the area again this is the hotel i will be booking very nice staff very clean room and bathroom, great breakfast sausage gravy & biscuits sausage muffins, waffles, eggs, cereal, orange juice, apple juice, milk, coffee, and water.
