Charming 1-bedroom apartment in peaceful Dayton with WiFi, AC.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Basement space with separate entrance, we still live on the main floor but there is limited interaction. Beautiful property surrounded by large trees, and beautiful deer roaming around. Located less than seven minutes from I-60, I-27, downtown, lake access, groceries, shopping and dining. Level 2 EV charging available on property, and fast charger located at the Welcome Center near downtown. Just a note, if you are bringing pets there is an extra fee. If you do not disclose that you will be bringing pets then we will add the fee to your stay unless we have come to an agreement before hand.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from Chickamauga Lake. Laundry facilities are available. The apartment includes amenities such as a kitchenette and a patio.

Wonderful stay here, clean and comfortably stocked. The bed was super comfortable, the host was attentive and friendly, the bathroom floor was soft in a few places, but it didn't cause us any issues. Would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a quiet, comfortable getaway.

Basement apartment very tastefully done. Perfect for our weekend stay visiting relatives. Several deer came by every morning from the wooded area. Would definitely stay there again.
