Nice

Nice and clean room for a quick one night stay. Check in/out was smooth and easy. Looked to have been updated recently and was close to restaurants/grocery stores. Our only minor complaint was the lights are all the new bright white lights in the room and it was so bright. It was like being in a surgical gallery. We also noticed that since we used the pull out sofa for one of our kids to sleep on, it blocked access to the refrigerator in the room. We did not take advantage of the pool or breakfast, so we cannot review those, but we liked having a clean place to stay for the night!

Overall a fantastic hotel. Newly remodeled and looks very nice. The AC didnt work in our room when we first got in and they quickly moved us to a new room and we didnt even have to back down the the front desk. Beds were nice and room was very clean. Hotel breakfast was your standard continental breakfast and was good including french toast eggs sausage and the normal fixings. Definitely a fantastic place to stay

Very attentive and friendly staff. Clean, bright, well maintained. Breakfast area open and welcoming. Food was good, nice variety and good coffee. Pool was nice, good temperature, and clean, it could use an update with brighter colors, but still nice. Room comfortable and clean. Beds nice.

The overall hotel stunk and the elevator was broken so had to carry bags up 3 flight of stairs. The bed was cheap and not comfortable. Hard to understand staff’s English and what they said. The hallway and room had a terrible smell to it

As I was checking in, the lady at the counter was on the phone. This lady would just gesture at me. She finally got off the phone and checked me in. The best thing happened when another lady named Kendra offered to help me with my luggage. Kendra also made me feel welcome and she offered wonderful places to visit during my stay. I had to cut my visit short due to unexpected circumstances and Kendra was extremely helpful. When I was checking out, the same lady that checked me in was rude and told me I would not receive a refund. She was not professional at all. I’m thankful for Kendra for helping make my stay nice. Kendra is professional, friendly and a joy to know.
