Staff was ok. Very deserted hotel not many customers or staff present. Outside landscape was not kept up over grown weeds and grass. Rooms were clean very limited tv channels. Back door was left open instead of card to unlock . Smell of marjuana noted around back of building and stairwells.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed here in the past 5 years. This time the property appeared run down. Weeds in the flower beds, spattered paint on windows. in the room, the couch was worn and cushion sank into the framed of couch and the toilet constantly ran until I shook the handle.

Property dirty and bed linens were wrinkled and I was concerned that they had been previously used. Automatic entrance door stuck and didn’t open smoothly. Hallway carpet was dirty and tv remote was dirty. Overall dirty experience and will not stay here again. Certainly a surprise and not up to the Hilton standards that I expected.

Had a good 2 night stay while visiting family. This is what I expected for a 3 star hotel in this area at this price point. I felt very safe. It was very quiet. Friendly staff. WiFi and TV worked the whole time. Room had microwave and frig which held all my stuff and heated up my leftovers. AC worked. Bathroom looked recently updated. Room was clean although sofa and desk and coffee table had signs of age/damage from use. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of lamps/lights. Could walk to restaurants but nothing was super close. Mall is across the street.

Does not meet my Doubletree expectations

Not sure what the overall problem with this hotel was. I expect high quality from a DoubleTree and it was not available with this hotel. The high point was the food in the Bistro - outstanding to the point that we ate there twice. I suspect the hotel was under new management and possibly after some renovations. It seemed that many of the staff were training. They also seemed to be short staff, especially for cleaning rooms. Our room was missing some items and the couch bed was extended when we checked in. I am a CPAP user and the bed lamp sockets did not provide enough voltage to power my CPAP. A staff member had to come to the room, pull the mattress back, and then reach under the headboard to plug my CPAP. Ice Machines only on 2nd and 3rd floor and 2nd floor was inoperable. We were on 1st floor. Possibly the worst mattress we have slept on in years. Landscaping was almost non-existent. I would not recommend this hotel.

Needs updates, but the people were nice

It’s a little outdated. Beds weren’t comfortable. Curtains wouldn’t close all the way. The people that worked there were very kind.
