Black mold in bathroom shower ceiling. Not enough kitchen utensils and items to cook with. Had to go buy my own including a colander, can opener, cookie sheet, and hot pads. Queen bed is okay to sleep on. King bed frame falling apart at foot of bed. Overall poor lighting in house.

We booked this property in Sept of 2025 for our daughters graduation from UD, knowing that properties go fast and you need to plan ahead for this weekend. We arrived at 4 pm check in time, punched in the key code and surprised 2 people who had rented it for the week and had booked it just a week ago.The owner, SHELLY, was out of town. Her assistant was unable to find any other places for us. She did send a list of Dayton hotels Most were totally booked for the weekend.We spent a good bit of time trying to find a place for our family and missed the welcome party. We were refunded our VRBO money which was paid in full 8 months ago. The hotel was much more expensive but we had no other options. Very disappointing.
