The staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, the stay was great, and my family all slept great. Personally, my bed was too stiff, and I woke up with a sore back both days; if you like very stiff beds, this is your place.

I don’t like that the refrigerators don’t have freezers in them. I am a diabetic and I need to freeze my block to be able to keep my insulin cold while I am on the road last time I stayed the girl upfront. Let me put my block in the freezer upfront, but this time the girl working would not let me do that. I am going to be visiting this area every two weeks so I am going to have to find me somewhere else to stay that has a freezer where I can store my insulin while I am here without my insulin, I have no life. I am insulin independent and need my insulin to survive.

I would rate this hotel a 4.5 if my wife hadn't been required to leave our room at 11 a.m. for checkout. I had specifically requested an extra hour to finish some work, but the staff informed my wife that she needed to exit the room by 11 a.m. because they could not accommodate the request. As a result, she had to wait in the lobby until I finished work. I feel disappointed that the staff did not provide the flexibility for my wife to remain comfortable until I was able to join her.
